Requirements

  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques to find specialized talent in the tech industry
  • Proficiency in sourcing from platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, Dribbble, and others specific to technical talent
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Proficiency: Experience with ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar systems to manage candidate pipelines effectively
  • Ability to craft clear, engaging, and personalized messages when reaching out to potential candidates across various channels
  • Strong skills in convincing candidates of the benefits of joining the company, especially in competitive markets, and managing salary/benefit expectations
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficient workflow
  • Focused on meeting hiring goals and using key metrics (e.g., time-to-slate, conversion rates) to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement proactive talent sourcing strategies across platforms
  • Conduct market mapping to identify top talent in competitor companies and strategic sectors
  • Analyze market trends to enhance recruitment strategies and stay ahead of competitors
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates, personalizing outreach and highlighting company opportunities
  • Assist in posting job ads on various platforms and updating job descriptions as needed
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Manage candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate tracking
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, motivations, and cultural fit
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely responses
  • Present pre-screened candidates to Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers for further evaluation
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on job requirements and talent needs
  • Suggest process improvements based on data-driven insights and recruitment metrics
  • Participate in talent planning meetings to define and optimize sourcing strategies
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, including Time to Slate and conversion rates
  • Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels and optimize strategies for better results
  • Provide data-driven reports and insights on trends, challenges, and talent acquisition performance

  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, programming languages, and tools relevant to the tech sector, to identify top talent
  • Ability to promote the company’s culture and values across various platforms (social media, forums, blogs) to attract high-quality candidates
  • Awareness and commitment to diversity in hiring, with the ability to create inclusive strategies to attract a diverse talent pool
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to find unique sourcing strategies and approaches to attract candidates in competitive markets
  • Persistence & Resilience attitude to find the right candidate, even when faced with challenges in a competitive environment
  • Flexible and able to adjust to changing hiring needs and fast-paced environments within the digital and tech sectors
