Join Ramboll's Global Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist and contribute to creating a sustainable future. This remote position involves developing and executing creative recruiting strategies for complex roles across various business areas and geographies. You will leverage diverse sourcing channels, conduct pre-screening interviews, and collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs. The role requires proactive talent sourcing, building candidate pipelines, and utilizing market data and recruiting trends. You will also build relationships with potential candidates and maintain Ramboll's market presence. Requirements
- B.S. degree and 2+ years of previous recruitment experience either in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting environment
- Excellent English verbal & written communication and strong relationship building skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and knowledge of social media and other recruitment tools & systems
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple job openings under tight timelines
Responsibilities
- Leverage various sourcing channels and methods to source candidates for targeted job requisitions and proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified and diverse talent
- Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for needed skillset and competencies, potential fit for current and/or future positions, and potential fit to the Ramboll culture
- Partner and collaborate with local recruitment teams, HR Business Partners and Hiring Mangers to understand current and future business needs and role-specific requirements
- Generate innovative ideas, leverage resources, and share information to develop effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with Rambollโs Global Talent Sourcing community
- Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, targeting competitive companies, and passive recruiting techniques in order to continually enhance relationships and maintain Rambollโs presence in the market, always ensuring a high level of candidate experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous recruitment experience within environmental engineering/consulting, energy, water, architecture and/or construction industries
