Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading HR operations teams and projects
  • Strong expertise in process optimization and standardization
  • Experience with HR systems and platforms, including AI-based solutions
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
  • Attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and compliance
  • Experience in remote and fast-paced environments
  • Adaptability to an environment that changes frequently based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multicultural team of 4 members, fostering a collaborative culture and driving high performance to deliver exceptional support for talents globally
  • Manage and continuously improve HR processes and projects to ensure alignment with business needs, driving operational efficiency and service excellence
  • Oversee talent transitions between different clients, ensuring a seamless and compliant process
  • Manage the offboarding process and related requests, maintaining a positive talent experience and ensuring proper documentation
  • Conduct payroll audits and simulation checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processing
  • Drive improvements in the current support processes by implementing automations and technology solutions to increase agility and enhance day-to-day operations
  • Oversee the standardization of support procedures, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all HR support activities
  • Perform regular audits to verify time tracking and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance for all team members
  • Partner with various departments to maintain the integrity and accuracy of talent data across all HR systems and platforms
