Summary
Join Pearl Talent as a Talent & Vendor Coordinator and play a crucial role in recruitment and vendor management. This fully remote, full-time independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule primarily aligned with US Pacific Standard Time, with occasional EU schedule alignment. You will conduct targeted searches for qualified candidates, perform initial interviews, and manage relationships with vendors. Responsibilities also include handling customer inquiries, processing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate financial tracking. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or vendor management and is proficient in data-driven decision-making and reporting. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or vendor management with a proven track record
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment software, Google Workspace, Slack
- Ability to conduct market research and vendor analysis
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience building relationships with candidates, vendors, and teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn based on specific parameters, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future positions
- Perform initial interviews with candidates to evaluate their fit for the role, focusing on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability
- Work closely with hiring managers to refine search criteria and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals
- Investigate potential vendors, including production companies, co-packers, and agencies, ensuring they meet the required standards for collaboration
- Engage in initial discussions with vendors to assess their capabilities, ensuring they can meet the company's operational needs
- Build and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth and effective partnerships that align with business goals
- Handle customer inquiries and support tickets, providing timely and helpful responses to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Process financial transactions, including vendor payments and wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support smooth operations
- Assist in categorizing and labeling expenditures to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for effective budget management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rippling, Quickbooks Online, Carta, Bex, Figma
- Experience working with remote teams
- Bilingual proficiency in another language
