Requirements

• CPA or Certified Enrolled Agent
• Proficient in the preparation of corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returns
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare taxes for closely held businesses
• Organize and manage client assignments, tax returns, and projects
• Complete assignment tasks and project components in a timely and on-budget manner
• Coach, advise, and direct team members in meeting firm, client, and self-development expectations
• Direct and review the work of Staff Accountants
• Make decisions on most tax matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction accounting experience
• Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Suite
