Requirements
- 6+ years of increasing responsibility and leadership, with related SaaS/Software/Tech transfer pricing experience
- Strong technical knowledge of US and International transfer pricing laws and regulations
- Experience in transfer pricing issues faced by multinational technology companies such as acquisitions, IP integration, and cost sharing
- CPA, JD, or MS are highly preferred
- Must be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves type that enjoys a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite experience a strong plus
- Public accounting experience, preferably Big 4 or large National firm
Responsibilities
- Manage global transfer pricing compliance and documentation
- Prepare analyses and financial models to evaluate and support intercompany transactions
- Prepare and review technical memoranda in support of transfer pricing planning initiatives
- Assist with international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, planning and other projects as needed
- Assist with acquisition structuring and diligence
- Provide support to international subsidiaries in the preparation and review of income tax filings and statutory financial statements
- Continuously improve the transfer pricing function that earns the broad trust of internal stakeholders and provides outstanding execution
- Automate processes through the use of established systems adopted by departments globally to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of transfer pricing calculations
- Partner with R&D, S&M, and Finance to continuously refine reporting, forecasting, and provide feedback on our growth strategy based on transfer pricing reporting requirements and implications as we grow and scale
- Assist the Global Tax Director in advising the Finance team and executive leadership on the operational and financial impact of various transfer pricing decisions
