Team Lead, Content Labeling Operations

Summary

Join our team as a Supervisor in Product Operations AI Curation at DoubleVerify! You will oversee and lead a team of 8-15 content labeling associates, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include supervising daily classification activities, providing guidance and support, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, identifying training needs, fostering teamwork, resolving conflicts, collaborating with other departments, tracking KPIs, and participating in the hiring process. This remote role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The monthly salary is $2100 USD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily classification / labeling activities of team members
• Ensure all team members are up to date on training and latest Policy Team updates
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback through Lattice at least once per week and implementing improvement plans when necessary
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Identify training needs and coordinate with HQ Teams to ensure they have the necessary support, knowledge and skill to perform with outstanding speed and accuracy
• Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement with daily stand up meetings, calibration sessions and feedback
• Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner, keeping in mind DVs CORE values PACT (Passion, Accountability, Collaboration, Trailblazing)
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management
• Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and making recommendations for team expansion
