Summary

The job is for an Engineering Team Lead at Culture Amp's Data Platform Team. The role involves overseeing the internal data platform, leading a team of engineers, and excelling in people leadership, technical leadership, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of data engineering and data platform architecture, experience with AWS data stack, and knowledge of key data stack components.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform architecture
• Experience with the AWS data stack including Redshift, MSK, and Glue
• Knowledge of key data stack components, such as dbt and Airflow
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading engineers

Responsibilities

• Oversee Culture Amp’s internal data platform
• Lead the design of Culture Amp’s data platform, including data lake, warehouse, data modeling, orchestration, and ML platform
• Clearly communicate technical solutions with your team, peers, and other stakeholders
