Summary

The job is for an experienced Engineering Team Lead at Culture Amp's Data Platform Team. The role involves overseeing the internal data platform, leading a team of engineers, and excelling in people leadership, technical leadership, and delivery. Culture Amp is a leading employee experience platform with offices in multiple countries.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform architecture
• Experience with the AWS data stack including Redshift, MSK, and Glue
• Knowledge of key data stack components, such as dbt and Airflow
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Culture Amp’s data platform, including our data lake, warehouse, data modeling, orchestration, and ML platform
• Clearly communicate technical solutions with your team, peers, and other stakeholders
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering their growth into future technical leaders
