Summary

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team to meet and exceed goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of partnership dynamics, including contract negotiation, performance measurement, and scaling partnerships
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to implement partnership initiatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with CRM and partnership management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of partnership managers to achieve revenue and growth targets through strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Deelβs overall business objectives and expand our global reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration
- Identify and onboard new high-value partners, negotiate terms, and close deals that drive growth
- Support the development and delivery of partner enablement programs, tools, and resources to ensure success
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to ensure smooth partner integration and execution
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Deelβs product offerings and how they can be leveraged in partnerships
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure timely resolution of any partner issues or escalations, maintaining a positive partner experience
