Summary

Hostinger is seeking a Partnerships Team Lead to join their team and lead a group of professionals in achieving performance indicators. Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and engaging potential partners, managing a pipeline of new partnerships, conducting negotiations, nurturing existing relationships, running marketing campaigns, handling multiple projects, measuring performance, reporting on goals progress, and leveraging data to drive decisions. Requirements include strong leadership skills, experience in digital performance marketing, partnerships management, sales, analytics, and communication in English and Portuguese. Preferred qualifications include experience with international tech/digital products.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience of working with digital performance marketing
• Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer, B2B, and affiliate marketing)
• Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools
• High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness
• Perfect spoken and written communication both in English and Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals
• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates, and B2B
• Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships
• Conduct negotiations both internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals
• Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales
• Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns
• Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance
• Report and identify areas of new opportunities
• Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow
• Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage
