Team Lead, Product Success

Summary

The job is for a Team Lead position in Datavant's Payer Product Success team. The role includes managing a team, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve services. The candidate should have analytical skills, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with strong academic credentials
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Experience managing teams of at least 3 or more people

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to ensure Datavant’s payer clients receive the highest value out of their interactions with Datavant
• Manage the team but also take on projects yourself
• Ensure successful client onboarding as soon as a deal is signed and overall high client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to better serve clients, both now and in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading client engagements involving software delivery services
• Passion for healthcare and/or building world-class software
