Summary

The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers in resolving production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers. They will have experience in team leadership, software engineering, and working with international teams. The role involves collaboration with various teams, writing and reviewing code, and overseeing daily operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
• Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a 'Getting Things Done' attitude

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing an engineering team and projects
• Collaboration with both Altium's and customers’ engineering teams
• Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases
• Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time)
• Collaboration with: - Enterprise customers - Customer Success - Product Managers - Quality Assurance
• Overseeing daily team operations
• Contribution to the full software development lifecycle
