Team Leader

Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia as a Team Leader and assume disciplinary leadership of a large operational team. You will organize and motivate a diverse team of experts, provide feedback and training, and promote talent development. This role requires extensive responsibility for a standardized operational area, adherence to Slovak Labor Code, and collaboration with various stakeholders. You will manage team structure, workload, and operational methods, while steering cost items and relevant KPIs. The successful candidate will also contribute to building a strong company brand and raising awareness.

Responsibilities

• Acts according to valid legislation and Slovak Labor code
• Assuming extensive responsibility for a large operational team area with largely standardized activities
• Steering and coordinating the completion of tasks
• Optimizing the team area using key performance indicators
• Enhancing process efficiency in the team area
• Presenting the work results to the next management level up
• Managing team structure, workload distribution, and operational methods
• Leading employees in staff-related terms and in accordance with the Group leadership principles
• Organizing the team of experts with different skill profiles, motivating and enthusing staff, providing feedback, initiating training and further developing staff, promoting talent
• Briefing staff and keeping them informed about general/specific matters
• Applying the available leadership tools; administratively implementing staff related processes; (pre-)selecting new employees
• Cascading the higher-level strategy into one's own area
• Collaborating with other stakeholders at the highest levels within the business and manages their expectations on projects
• Steering of cost items and relevant and relevant HR and financial KPIs on cost center level according to defined financial plans
• Supporting in building a strong brand and raising awareness of our company

• Base salary will not be lower than 1800 € /brutto
