Requirements
- A strong technical background in offensive security disciplines, including practical experience in red teaming, penetration testing, and application security
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and tools such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, or similar methodologies
- Hands-on expertise in breach and attack simulations, vulnerability discovery, and secure coding practices
- At least 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, with a minimum of 5+ years dedicated to offensive security or application security engagements
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, CREST certifications, or similar qualifications to showcase your technical acumen
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team of professionals
Responsibilities
- Take initiative in mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of offensive security professionals, building their expertise in red teaming, penetration testing, and breach simulation practices
- Actively engage with customers, demonstrating a hands-on approach to offensive security engagements, and providing expert advice on bolstering application and system defenses
- Lead the delivery of Datacomβs offensive security offerings, including advanced red teaming exercises, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and threat simulation services
- Collaborate across teams to promote innovation, improve service delivery, and align offensive security practices with evolving customer needs and market demands
- Foster relationships with technology vendors to expand and strengthen offensive security capabilities and tools
- Manage team resources, workload allocation, priority setting, and pipeline planning to maintain operational efficiency and ensure client satisfaction
