Proven success managing remote sales teams and strong understanding of virtual sales tools are also necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing remote or hybrid sales teams
  • Strong understanding of virtual sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of remote sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement virtual sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and training
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
