Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of remote sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement virtual sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and training
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies
- Conduct regular virtual meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
