Requirements

  • At least 6 years of proven experience in managing and driving cross-company initiatives, in a global and tech environment
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to view projects from a high-level perspective and align them with broader business objectives
  • Natural leadership skills, adept at guiding both teams and complex procedures to achieve desired outcomes
  • Experience with cross-functional management, working with R&D, Data, Product, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Risk, including senior leadership
  • Planning and risk management experience
  • Sharp presentation skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodology
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and communicating status and health of strategic technical programs and projects, while cascading corporate’s priority
  • Coordinate and oversee all cross-functional aspects of the initiatives and main roadmap items, ensuring that it meets its objectives on time
  • Define projects scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-company stakeholders: Product Managers, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure objectives are clear and outcomes are measurable and derive from corporate priorities, OKRs and targets while holding full accountability
  • Consolidate data concisely and accurately to help senior leadership members make holistic and data-driven decisions
  • Ensure clear and trackable KPIs are defined, covering both operational levers and financial outcomes
  • Manage and understand dependencies, risks, effort estimations, and cross-functional implications
  • Hold a high degree of familiarity with project management methodology
  • Track and resolve conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the fintech environment and specifically with regulation, compliance and risk aspects
  • Business consultancy or strategy consulting experience
  • Technical background (development/product)
