Technical Program Manager

Summary

Join Parity, a leading core blockchain infrastructure company, as a Europe/UK timezone-based Technical Program Manager (TPM). You will work on the Polkadot Runtime function, managing projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying developer obstacles, defining engineering objectives, creating roadmaps, and communicating with stakeholders and partners. This role requires experience with complex, multi-stakeholder projects, excellent communication skills, an engineering background, and the ability to break down complex ideas. Requirements

• Track record of working with complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in engineering, an ability to understand technical architecture and tradeoffs when making engineering decisions
• Ability to break complex, high-level ideas into concrete steps
• Ability to collaborate across company boundaries

Responsibilities

• Work with developers using the Polkadot tech stack to find their biggest obstacles to success
• Work with leadership at Parity to help define the most valuable objectives for Engineering
• Turn ideas into concrete roadmaps and communicate with stakeholders
• Communicate with founders and ecosystem partners to make sure they have the resources they need to succeed on the Polkadot tech stack
