Join Ubiminds as a Tech Recruiter and connect excellent IT professionals with unique opportunities, primarily senior roles, in rapidly scaling companies. You will run the recruitment process for remote tech positions, sourcing top-tier talent from Latin America for U.S.-based companies. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, manage the candidate pipeline, and build strong relationships with high-performing professionals. Work in a data-driven environment, focusing on continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contributing to initiatives that enhance business processes. The role demands advanced English communication skills, experience in tech recruiting, knowledge of sourcing tools, and the ability to manage performance goals and client negotiations.

Requirements

  • Advanced English communication skills (including the ability to assess candidates' language proficiency)
  • Experience as a Tech Recruiter evaluating candidates for technical roles (e.g., frontend, backend, mobile, fullstack, etc.)
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
  • Ability to work with performance goals, tight deadlines, and client negotiations
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and ever-changing scenarios

Responsibilities

  • Run the recruitment process for remote tech positions, sourcing top-tier talent from Latin America to work with U.S.-based companies
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective sourcing and hunting strategies
  • Manage and nurture the candidate pipeline, building long-term relationships with high-performing professionals
  • Be part of a data-driven and results-oriented team, working toward goals and timely deliveries
  • Work in a collaborative environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Focus on continuous improvement of recruitment process stages through metric analysis (Time to Hire, Conversion Rates, NPS, among others)
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve business processes, including candidate experience, employer branding, employee experience, and retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients and/or candidates from Latin America
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever is a big plus!)
