Summary

The job is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast-growing SaaS company called Pigment. The person will be responsible for headhunting top profiles for Engineering and Product teams, assessing applications, providing a good candidate experience, handling relations with internal stakeholders, and tracking and reporting talent acquisition metrics. The ideal candidate should have experience in Talent Acquisition and Engineering profiles hiring, strong headhunting skills, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, productivity tools knowledge, curiosity, pragmatism, analytical rigor, and outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
