Summary

Affirm is reinventing credit and looking for a passionate innovator to join their Talent Management team. In this role, the employee will lead the design and execution of talent processes, define success measures, write communications plans, and partner cross-functionally to drive future talent program opportunities. They are seeking an experienced talent management professional with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing talent programs.

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in designing and implementing talent management programs, practices and/or processes, in a dynamic, high-growth organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of talent processes such as goal setting, performance management, promotions, feedback etc
• Define and track success measures for talent management programs including change management and business outcomes
• Write communications plans and create other internal content related to our talent management programs
• Partner cross-functionally across the People Team, and ultimately the entire organization to drive future talent program opportunities
