The role involves designing and executing talent processes, leading cross-functional partnerships, and creating internal communications related to talent management programs. The candidate should have experience in designing and managing talent programs, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in designing and implementing talent management programs, practices and/or processes, in a dynamic, high-growth organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of talent processes such as goal setting, performance management, promotions, feedback etc
• Partner cross-functionally across the People Team, and ultimately the entire organization to drive future talent program opportunities
