Requirements

  • Must be based in the EU - Ideally based in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, this can be RPO or internal
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting engineers in modern tech stacks
  • Ability to actively source and manage inbound applications for a range of roles
  • Comfortable working in a remote working environment
  • Clear communication style with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own candidate pipelines independently, from sourcing through to hire, whilst also managing inbound applications from our adverts
  • Keep our ATS data clean and pipelines at a maintained level, avoiding stale candidates
  • Manage a set of niche tech & product roles across a global scale alongside the wider team
  • Alignment on business requirements and ability to shift priority if required
  • Self discipline to manage your time and roles effectively
