Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tech, product, and data science recruitment with experience in emerging markets
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging market recruitment trends
- Experience in building exceptional candidate experience and creating effective recruitment strategies
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering positive outcomes through effective team management
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing and refining recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using recruitment software and social media for recruitment purposes
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process for tech, product, and data science positions in emerging markets, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent
- Conduct market research on emerging market recruitment trends and best practices
- Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, networking events) to source and attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screens to identify potential candidates
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders
