Technical Account Manager

Summary

Join our Client Services team as a Technical Account Manager in Beijing, China! As a turbo-charged force, you'll handle client services and partner integrations with lightning speed. You'll be the technical contact for your clients within Adjust, supporting them on how to best use the Adjust product and helping them resolve any technical challenges. With a global Support team at your back, you'll provide daily support and have check-in calls with your client base.

Requirements

• Experience in a client facing role in advertising technology
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to work with our clients in China
• A grasp on basic data analysis technique
• Proficiency in Excel, and command-line tools like Grep and SQL
• An ability to break down complex topics in simple terms to ensure client understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (when relevant again)

Responsibilities

• Technical contact for your clients within Adjust
• Support your clients on how to best use the Adjust product and help them resolve any technical challenges
• Provide daily support and have check-in calls with your client base
• Work with a global Support team
