Summary

Join our India Customer Success team as a Technical Account Manager and play a critical role in managing and enhancing the technical relationship between Redis and its strategic customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing (on site) technical role, such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Customer Success or similar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding your understanding of the customer’s business
  • Demonstrated track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation, renewal, and upsell
  • Experience with Linux
  • Proven experience working with cloud technologies, databases, or distributed systems
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
  • Fluent in business English written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including developers, DevOps, and Application Directors
  • Understand customer business goals and challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage Redis technologies to meet those needs
  • Conduct regular technical reviews, assessments, and optimizations for customer environments
  • Pro-actively manage customer health and identify and mitigate renewal risks. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and drive opportunities for account expansion and growth
  • Deliver QBR’s / Operational reviews with Stakeholders
