Requirements

• Solution & System Architecture – Ability to design high-level architectures for software, data, security, and integration
• Gap Assessment & Technical Evaluation – Expertise in identifying technical gaps, assessing current vs. future state architectures, and providing recommendations
• Cloud & On-Premise Infrastructure – Knowledge of data centers, cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments
• Data Analysis & Optimization – Experience with A/B testing, tracking key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions), and making data-driven decisions
• Collaboration & Project Management – Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and execute campaigns efficiently

Responsibilities

• Conduct Technical Assessments & Gap Analysis – Evaluate existing systems, architectures, and processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Design High-Level System & Solution Architectures – Develop future-state architectures for applications, data, security, and integration, aligning with business needs
• Develop Comprehensive Technical Documentation – Create architectural blueprints, technical roadmaps, security frameworks, and integration plans
• Evaluate On-Premise & Cloud Hosting Solutions – Assess data center and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and recommend optimal hosting strategies
• Collaborate & Present Findings to Stakeholders – Communicate technical insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management – Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and data quality frameworks
• Familiarity with Website Analytics & SEO – Experience with tools like Google Analytics to track email-driven traffic and integrate email marketing with broader digital strategies
