Summary

Join Degreed's Professional Services team as a Technical Consultant, implementing technical solutions and integrations for enterprise clients throughout their lifecycle. Based in EMEA, you will act as a technical counterpart to clients, host training sessions, consult on system configurations, and produce design documentation. This role requires 5+ years of technical account management or implementation experience with a focus on enterprise-wide deployments and strong technical skills (API, FTP, SAML, etc.). You will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences are essential. Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical account management or technical implementation experience with an emphasis on technical integrations for enterprise-wide deployments
  • Strong technical acumen with hands-on technical skills (including API, FTP, SAML, and other data transfer protocols)
  • Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience acting as a technical advisor helping to deliver on client business objectives and recommending solutions to challenges
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience and someone who excels at nurturing client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical counterpart to clients assisting with implementing Degreed products, integrations, and technical service engagements
  • Host technical training sessions with client/provider teams to support client milestones and projects
  • Use technical and product expertise to consult with clients/providers on system configurations, user access criteria, SSO authentication, data/content integrations that meet business needs and minimize risk
  • Produce all requirements and final design documentation for implementation of new products and services
  • Test and troubleshoot technical end-user and system components throughout projects to ensure they meet requirements
  • Consult on best practices for common product questions and consult with clients to find technical solutions to roadblocks
  • Collaborate with account teams to increase adoption and client satisfaction
  • Manage concurrent client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget using tools such as Precursive and Zendesk

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HCM, Talent Management, or HRIS consulting within a professional services or customer experience organization, SaaS experience preferred
  • Speaks English (with an additional European language a big bonus)
