Summary
Join fme Global Life Sciences as a Technical Consultant and contribute to the successful implementation and migration of technology projects within the Life Sciences industry. You will collaborate with project managers and technical leads, addressing technical challenges and ensuring project objectives are met. This role requires expertise in at least one leading content management platform and experience in Life Sciences business areas. You will be responsible for implementing, migrating, testing, and documenting ECM solutions based on client requirements. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have intermediate (3+ years) knowledge of at least one Life Sciences Content Management System such as Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum and/or Generis CARA, including but not limited to administration, configuration, customization
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to converse with people from all levels within an organization
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
- Exhibit the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Possess superior time management skills
- Maintain a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving client satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Implement and migrate technical solutions and applications that fulfill client needs
- Customize and configure software applications
- Configure migration utilities and create additional supporting scripts to fulfill migration scope
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance within the project scope
- Serve as a technical consultant for implementing, migrating, testing, and documenting ECM solutions for a wide range of clients based on provided user requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with content migration processes and utilities
- Possess database experience including knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Architecture; ability to write complex SQL statements; application-level DBA experience
- Have 1+ yearsβ experience in the Life Sciences industry or consulting, specifically in the Regulatory, Clinical or Quality area
- Possess consultative skills
