Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in SQL and MongoDB required
  • 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on payer data or healthcare data
  • 3+ years' experience with data analysis, data integration, and database management
  • 3+ years' experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and extract meaningful insights and presenting complex data and findings concisely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Work with partners and address their reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with the SRE team to centralize KPIs and other data
  • Help with query optimization
  • Research and identify dependencies to support database migration to AWS
  • Write and implement complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
  • Perform data retrieval and manipulation using MongoDB queries
  • Produce detailed and actionable reports based on data analysis and query results
  • Present findings and insights to partners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
  • Work with other team members and departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support
  • Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or certifications are welcome
  • Experience with data integration tools or platforms
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages or data manipulation tools
