Technical Implementation Consultant

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in software/tech, specifically with Implementations
• Programming Knowledge on .NET (C#), JS and SQL
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn innovative technologies
• Passion for customers
• Relentless commitment to doing the most valuable work first
• Record of accomplishment of functioning well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands
• Excellent communications skills – listening, verbal, and written

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Granicus projects on schedule and with high quality from kick-off to launch
• Maintain project plans including status, issues, and opportunities for assigned implementations
• Advocate and evangelize "best practices" to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients
• Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around digital communications
• Facilitate online client training
• Ability to deploy all Granicus products for local, county and state clients
• Work directly with Project Managers and Implementation Consultants for the implementation of our Granicus Products as needed for specific technical items
• Ability to work directly with customers on issues or implementation matters
• Work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions
• Work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams, some remote

• Ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results
• Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
• Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred knowledge and experience on Relational Database and PowerBI
