Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Able to support customers and team members between 8pm and 4am UTC (9am to 5pm New Zealand time)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and goals
- Provide expert education and assistance on integrating with our APIs and utilizing our open source libraries
- Assist customers in troubleshooting integration issues and resolving technical challenges alongside Customer Success
- Act as a liaison between customers and other technical resources to ensure a smooth integration process
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear and concise explanations - assisting in monitoring customer integration health
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer questions
- Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions to improve support processes
- Contribute to and assisting in maintaining integration documentation and resources for customers and teammates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development and integration patterns
- Familiarity with A/B testing, understanding of server side and client side contexts, network request routing / HTTP
