Technical Lead

Requirements

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SecOps, or SRE role, with leadership experience or a proven track record of mentorship in technical teams
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Expertise in both implementing and coaching on security best practices (e.g., IAM, firewalls, vulnerability management)
• Solid background in monitoring, alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), and incident management
• Strong background in Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) for automating processes
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading technical teams in a player/coach capacity, balancing leadership with hands-on contributions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to guide both junior and senior engineers
• Ability to drive collaboration across development, security, and operations teams

Responsibilities
