Technical Leader

Summary

The job is for an experienced Tech Lead in Mexico City at Sinch, a global CPaaS company. The role involves leading software engineering projects, developing REST API integrations, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior team members, and working remotely with occasional meetings in Mexico City.

Requirements

• Advanced English
• At least 8+ years’ experience in any Software engineering technologies
• AWS knowledge
• Strong Communication skills with internal, external clients and colleagues
• Good knowledge of programming logic and data structure
• Team leadership skills
• Experience with developing REST API integrations
• Be a key individual contributor on code level

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other software engineering teams, Product Managers/PO’s and other business stakeholders to develop our projects
• Provide technical leadership within the team, mentor more junior team members and promote good teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in working with JavaScript / NodeJS
