Technical Manager

Summary

Join Cloudaction as a highly experienced technology professional with a minimum of 10+ years in credit/debit authorization using APIs with major processors and .NET/SQL development. You will be responsible for API integration, .NET programming, SQL database management, and troubleshooting payment systems. Requirements

• 10+ years experience with Credit/Debit authorization with applied APIs with major processors such as Worldpay, Chase, Valuelink, Blackhawk Network, and AR Campus Cards
• 10+ years experience in developing, designing and implementing highly concurrent/redundant transaction modeling to support financial and transactional processes using Microsoft .Net / SQL
• Demonstrated ability to manage the details of programs/projects to drive them to fruition
• Ability to absorb a wide breath of initiatives
• Excellent communication, collaboration, team building and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate technology matters to business partners, senior executives, and strategic partners
• Success in obtaining results in a large corporate, matrixed environment
• Capable of gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale
• Proven ability to make and implement tough decisions
• Proven track record of leading enterprise scale, complex programs successfully
• Successful track record of delivering programs on scope, on time, on budget, on quality and on benefit
• 10+ years experience with .NET Programming

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate APIs for payment gateways, third-party services, and internal systems
• Ensure seamless data exchange and compatibility across different platforms
• Utilize .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET , etc.) to build robust and high-performance applications related to payment processing and financial transactions
• Design and manage SQL databases to store and retrieve payment data efficiently
• Optimize queries and database performance to support high transaction volumes
• Identify and resolve issues related to payment systems, APIs, and database performance
• Provide support and maintenance to ensure continuous operation and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payment gateways/standards such as PCI, WorldPay/Verifone, PayPal, or similar
• AJB, RTS, and AR, Campus Card knowledge
• Experience leading programs in the education domain
