Technical Product Lead

Summary

You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market, for developer-focused products like relayers, SDKs, APIs, and block explorers. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, cross-functional teams, and Wormhole partners. Success in this position demands experience in blockchain product leadership, cross-chain technologies, and a strong technical understanding of multichain protocols and DeFi. Requirements

• Have experience working as a Product Lead in the Blockchain industry
• Have proven experience leading product development in ambiguous or early-stage environments
• Present a technical profile with a strong understanding of multichain protocols and DeFi
• Have experience with SDKs, backend services, and API architectures
• Have excellent communication skills with experience working with a global team
• Be passionate about the Crypto ecosystem and your ability to make an impact
• Have a proven and measurable track record of successfully launching and improving products
• Present Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product life-cycle, from ideation and definition to development, maintenance, and go-to-market
• Work closely with our engineering and cross-functional teams, partner contributors of Wormhole, and customers to understand their needs, define priorities, and discover opportunities
• Drive innovation and push the envelope of what's possible
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligning with the company's goals
