Technical Product Manager

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of Technical Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
• Have a B.S from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management or a related field
• Have previous hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects in a time-bounded schedule
• Have previous hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
• Have exceptional decision-making and communication skills
• Have the ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions and translate requirements into detailed product specifications
• Have experience in integrations
• Have experience in data product
• Have a real passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving
• Be a self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit
• Have the ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
• Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of the products the engineering team is building
• Lead cross-functional teams from a product's ideation all the way through to its launch
• Build a product and strategy which reflects Insider's vision
• Clearly articulate the business value to the product team
• Define the release process and coordinate all of the activities required to bring the product to market
• Manage and prioritize product items
• Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas
• Continuously benchmark, monitor and understand market needs and requirements, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies
• Define and analyze the metrics to calculate how features or products are performing, what is the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements
• Create great products that everybody loves

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects in a time-bounded schedule
• Have previous hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
