Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for web and data initiatives - prioritize features, define success metrics, and drive outcomes from idea to launch
  • Lead and manage the Web & Data team, supporting growth, performance, and alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with engineers, data experts, marketing, and C-level leaders to deliver timely, high-impact solutions
  • Support marketing-driven launches and campaigns by ensuring systems are ready, scalable, and user-focused
  • Lead data-driven decision making across the organization by defining impactful metrics, enabling self-serve insights, and turning data into strategic advantage
