Summary

Join Aledade's Point of Care AI team as an Associate Technical Product Manager to lead the data annotation product and operations. You will own and execute data annotation operations and workflows, build a roadmap for generative AI model training and evaluation tools, report on model success, and serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert for the data annotation schema. Collaborate with product team members, business owners, data analysts, designers, and engineers to develop and refine requirements, project goals, and implementation plans. Work on an ecosystem of applications, sophisticated analytics, and integration capabilities to support primary care practices and partners in delivering value-based care. This role offers hands-on experience building innovative technology while developing product management skills. The position reports to and is mentored by a Technical Product Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2+ years of product management or similar technology experience in large healthcare organizations, product development or SaaS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities and ideal end state, and be able to articulate and advocate for this perspective
  • Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities including monitoring of key metrics & user feedback
  • Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution
  • Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes
  • Execute on short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration
  • Manage the day to day operations of Aledade’s Point of Care data annotation workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with generative AI model training and evaluation operations
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows, ideally for outpatient settings or value based care arrangements
  • Experience with at least one Electronic Health Record
  • Operations/Project management experience
  • Experience using data and primary research to inform business decision making
  • Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Trello
  • Experience writing clear specifications / technical writing
  • Experience working with process documentation tools
