Summary
Join Trip Ninja, a global travel technology company, as a Technical Product Manager. You will own the product portfolio and roadmap, guide product marketing, grow the knowledge base, measure product performance, and build out technical requirements. Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar product role
- Strong technical proficiency
- Demonstrated understanding of agile methodology
- Proven experience in all phases of product development, from ideation and requirements gathering to post-launch iteration
- Knowledge of APIs, UX/UI, product positioning, and SaaS business models
- Working experience with product management tools (ClickUp, Jira, or similar) and processes
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product portfolio and roadmap: write user stories, work with the engineering and commercial teams on task priority and requirements gathering, develop documentation, and maintain project tickets, timelines, and sprint schedules
- Guide product marketing: coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand user needs and to influence product positioning
- Grow and maintain knowledge base: build a deep understanding of the travel industry through market research, user interviews, and competitor analyses
- Measure and analyze product performance: engage with users throughout the product lifecycle to maintain customer-centrism; collect and analyze data; track measurable KPIs
- Build out epics and technical requirements: write detailed BRDs and supporting documentation to describe the end-to-end product vision; work closely with the engineering team to transform product vision into technical requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with the structural and technical constraints of front-end (ReactJS) and back-end development and how to accommodate these constraints in product designs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience communicating with and engaging a variety of audiences
