Summary

Requirements

  • Bring several years of professional experience as a team leader (m/w/d) in the area of in-house IT, as an IT service manager (m/w/d), administrator (m/w/d) or in a comparable position
  • Very good German (from C1) and English skills (from B2) to ensure good communication within your team
  • Demonstrate knowledge in the Microsoft 365/Azure environment
  • Possess assertiveness and communication skills and experience in project execution
  • Familiarity with working with agile teams
  • Have experience in project management

Responsibilities

  • Define a common technological vision in the area of Corporate Inhouse IT
  • Work closely with the People Lead
  • Communicate the technological vision and support teams in the implementation of projects
  • Question used technologies, best practices, and processes
  • Prioritize and prepare the company's requirements to derive clear task packages and efforts
  • Work with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote an environment that enables continuous improvement of the scalability of IT infrastructure components and processes
  • Ensure the traceability and transparency of changes to systems and services for our employees

Preferred Qualifications

Have initial experience in the area of automation or SaaS integrations
