Summary
Join TIMOCOM as a Technical Product Owner and define a technological vision for Corporate Inhouse IT, collaborating closely with the People Lead. Requirements
- Bring several years of professional experience as a team leader (m/w/d) in the area of in-house IT, as an IT service manager (m/w/d), administrator (m/w/d) or in a comparable position
- Very good German (from C1) and English skills (from B2) to ensure good communication within your team
- Demonstrate knowledge in the Microsoft 365/Azure environment
- Possess assertiveness and communication skills and experience in project execution
- Familiarity with working with agile teams
- Have experience in project management
Responsibilities
- Define a common technological vision in the area of Corporate Inhouse IT
- Work closely with the People Lead
- Communicate the technological vision and support teams in the implementation of projects
- Question used technologies, best practices, and processes
- Prioritize and prepare the company's requirements to derive clear task packages and efforts
- Work with all internal and external stakeholders
- Promote an environment that enables continuous improvement of the scalability of IT infrastructure components and processes
- Ensure the traceability and transparency of changes to systems and services for our employees
Preferred Qualifications
Have initial experience in the area of automation or SaaS integrations
