Summary

Requirements

  • Bring several years of professional experience as a team leader (m/w/d) in the area of in-house IT, as an IT service manager (m/w/d), administrator (m/w/d), or in a comparable position
  • Possess very good German (from C1) and English skills (from B2)
  • Demonstrate knowledge in the Microsoft 365/Azure environment
  • Possess assertiveness, communication skills, and experience in project execution
  • Be familiar with working with agile teams
  • Have experience in project management

Responsibilities

  • Define a common technological vision in the Corporate Inhouse IT area
  • Work closely with the People Lead
  • Communicate the technological vision and support teams in project implementation
  • Question used technologies, best practices, and processes
  • Prioritize and prepare company requirements to derive clear task packages and efforts
  • Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote an environment that enables continuous improvement of the scalability of IT infrastructure components and processes
  • Ensure the traceability and transparency of changes to systems and services for employees

Preferred Qualifications

Have initial experience in the area of automation or SaaS integrations
