Summary

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex technical programs in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum-like environment
  • Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Deep familiarity with Atlassian tools and how to optimize and customize them
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and engineering principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of software development processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and track program progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, risks, and outcomes
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cybersecurity, fintech, or fraud prevention space
  • Experience in regulated environments and fundamentals of risk management (risk assessment, controls, and audit)
  • Experience as a Product Owner
  • Scrum Certification
