Remote Technical Program Manager

Requirements

• Experience working with engineering teams (front and back-end engineers) responsible for the health of a customer-facing application
• Experience building end-to-end tests
• Experience working alongside technical leaders
• Experience with a mobile technology stack
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

• Schedule and keep releases on time
• Develop a framework for communicating release timelines and milestones with maximum transparency
• Guide pre-release testing and track blocking issues
• Ensure a safe & correct testing environment that considers geographic and feature toggle variability
• Track rollout performance and feature flag states
• Develop processes that aid teams in spotting risks to releases and improve change awareness across teams
• Work with product teams to allocate deliverables to planned releases and track rollout plan
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to achieve project objectives
• Collaborate with mobile stakeholders across the company to balance the need to iterate quickly while shipping safely
• Maintain Quality: Work with developers to automate elements of our release process
• Develop a process for preventing regressions in critical paths and evaluating automated test coverage
