Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in handling technical programs in a tech-focused setting
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs across distributed teams
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse collaborators

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements. Manage communication with collaborators, including reporting, status updates, and risk management
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, product, QA, operations, and other departments
  • Identify and minimize risks, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks
  • Define success metrics, supervise performance indicators, and continuously improve program execution processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs and security domains
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence and similar
  • Agile or Scrum certification
