Join Guild Education as a Technical Program Manager to enhance day-to-day operations across internal business tools and support employees, staff, and students. You will oversee requests and projects for Member Services tools, translating business requirements into actionable plans and driving implementation across internal systems like Netsuite, Adaptive, and Stripe. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system alignment and scalability. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with accounting and finance teams, and Netsuite/Stripe knowledge. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $95,100-$133,200 and stock options. Requirements
- Experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes; strong aptitude for learning new systems and processes
- Deep experience working with/in accounting and finance teams; you may have an accounting or finance background yourself
- Netsuite Certification(s) and Stripe system knowledge
- Ability to work responsibly with minimal direction across many teams/stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, multitasking abilities, and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a startup or similar environment where there is frequent change and a need to demonstrate and act with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities
- Drive oversight of multiple ongoing projects at the same time. Aligning, rationalizing, and supporting initiatives at the team as well as the company level. Ensure appropriate alignment and identification of risks/gaps that may impact current or future strategic initiatives
- Awareness and ability to fully comprehend regulatory requirements that tooling must meet to be fully compliant. Includes keeping up to date with changes to policies internal and external
- Working in coordination with the Business Systems and Finance teams to best integrate and utilize our systems
- Translate conceptual user/business requirements into functional technical requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to Business Systems and Netsuite admins/developers and overall project teams
- Load sprints ensuring proper balancing of work brought in from various internal and external stakeholders
- Participate and/or lead planning projects, defining milestones, assessing risks, creating processes, and working with multiple teams to ensure dependencies are known and the project deadlines are met
- Identify and research end-to-end current state processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and the best opportunities to drive improvement through automation
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
- Support and coordination of testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
- Participate and/or lead weekly team Agile ceremonies
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, leaders, and/or other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are fully understood
- Recommend changes in workflows, ceremonies, and practices to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies for the business based on expertise
