Requirements

  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience/certification in a directly related discipline
  • 4+ years of technical project experience working with technology or software development teams using Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of success delivering software or technology development/implementation projects using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFE
  • Availability to work US hours
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort with public speaking; ability to run focused and productive meetings
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, data-gathering, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in creating and tracking tickets and project plans using in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Portfolio, Smartsheets, Monday.com, MS Project)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently; comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work as a part of a team
  • The ability to set up systems that keep all parties informed, accountable, and clear on expectations
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work closely β€’ yet respectfully β€’ with a wide array of professionals

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and product management to help define a strategic roadmap and deliver on business initiatives and key metrics
  • Oversee end-to-end execution and delivery for major deliverables which includes dependency management, risk assessment, and issue/conflict resolution
  • Actively promote and enable consistent engineering processes and practices in alignment with Agile methodologies
  • Coordinating the schedule of meetings to seek alignment and understand project blockers
  • Assist Product Development Managers with product backlog maintenance and with making appropriate commitments to deliver business value through story selection, the definition of tasks, and estimation
  • Track, measure and communicate team velocity and sprint progress within the agreed reporting framework
  • Ensuring team members have access to the dashboards they need to monitor quality and progress towards our KPIs and OKRs
  • Organize and facilitate scrum events such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos and other meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Trello), preferred
  • Knowledge of or experience working in or with one or more of the following technologies/subject areas: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AWS, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM, preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master, CAPM or PMP certification, preffered
