Requirements
- 7+ years of Program Management & Product Management experience at a high-growth product-based startup, preferably at the intersection of technology and operations
- Ability to identify and analyze complex business challenges (e.g., technical, operational, or client issues) and break them into smaller, manageable problems
- Experience creating and maintaining a product roadmap, adjusting it based on changing priorities, feedback, and unforeseen challenges
- Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in overseeing the execution of operational processes and improving workflows for maximum efficiency
- Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and report on project status
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases and analyzing data
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of product development, including software architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, to effectively communicate with development teams
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with organizational goals
- Adjust and adapt the roadmap based on changing business priorities, feedback from stakeholders, or unforeseen challenges
- Develop a deep understanding of the productβs value to customers and clients
- Ensure the product addresses customer pain points and drives business growth
- Ensure that features and updates meet customer expectations
- Oversee the execution of operational processes, ensuring all teams are aligned and accountable for meeting program objectives
- Track progress and continually optimize workflows to enhance productivity and performance
- Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to ensure alignment on goals and progress
- Articulate complex business problems, product strategies, and program progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on program status, roadblocks, and solutions
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and processes, drawing from customer feedback, performance metrics, and lessons learned
- Drive ongoing optimization efforts to enhance product performance and user experience
