Technical Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Technical Program Manager at Ulvetanna, a cryptography startup focusing on Zero Knowledge Proof Acceleration projects. The role involves driving project execution, shaping the TPM function from scratch, and working closely with co-founders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a software engineer (either professional or academic)
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, finance, economics, mathematics, and statistics from a rigorous academic program
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager working directly with engineering teams
• Deep experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Proven experience leading projects, taking ownership, and achieving results
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of our tech projects
• Ensure that the key stakeholders understand product specs, and facilitate cross-disciplinary knowledge-sharing
• Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing issues, dependencies, and challenges
• Develop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, and milestones. Monitor progress and work with leadership to adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives
• Regularly communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders, including leadership and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at both well-established tech companies and start-up environments
• Understanding of Zero Knowledge Proof concepts and cryptographic principles
