Summary

Aethir is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to work closely with their tech and product teams on new products and technology. The Project Manager will develop and communicate Aethir's strategy, create project plans, monitor key business metrics, and manage operational processes. They require 4+ years of experience in a high-paced development environment, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, experience in project management, fluency in English and Mandarin, and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in a high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, strategic thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project management or program management
• Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Fluency in both English & Mandarin is required for communication with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the tech and product teams on the latest products and technology
• Develop and communicate Aethir's strategy, ensuring team members work effectively towards goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization
• Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
